Vivenda Batista is
situated in a peaceful countryside location in the middle of the
Algarve coast. The beautiful, unspoilt beach of Pêra, which is a
delight for walkers and nature watchers, extends into Galé beach,
Albufeira and, in the opposite direction, Armaçâo de Pêra is but 5
minutes away by car. For those who prefer more populated areas, the
resorts of Albufeira and Armaçâo de Pêra are 10 and 5 minutes drive
away respectively. The coast is 5 minutes by car, and Faro airport
is 30 minutes drive. It is within 10 minutes walking distance to the
local village of Pêra where one can find 3 mini-markets, a post
office, a few small shops and hairdressing salons, several bars and
cafes, plus bus-stops for the local bus route.
The recently opened Algarve Shopping Centre in Guia, famous
for its Chicken Piri-Piri restaurants, is less than 10 minutes drive
away. The aquatic park 'The Big One' is 10 minutes drive and the Zoo
Marine Centre 5 minutes. If you prefer walking through the
countryside you can reach the ZooMarine on foot in 15 minutes. For
golf enthusiasts, the Salgados Golf Course is again but a mere 10
minutes drive. Portimâo is 20 minutes depending upon the traffic
situation for the time of year.
The Villa:
is semi-detached, with its own entrance, and is identical to the
villa of the owners who live unobtrusively next door but who are
also available to provide any assistance or information if and when
required.
It has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath,
bidet, washbasin and toilet, and a shower room with shower cubicle,
washbasin, bidet and toilet.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven,
dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, etc, and a separate
small utility room which houses a washing machine, ironing board and
iron.
The living rooms are spacious and open-plan, with a separate dining
area; they are equipped with colour TV, satellite system, video,
radio-cassette player, a small selection of children's toys and
games and there are patio doors opening to the pool and garden area.
There is also a covered, tiled, dining area outside the kitchen.
The pool is 10.5m x 5.5m and illuminated, with a barbecue
area and an additional fridge.

Fresh towels
are provided twice weekly with bed linen being changed at the
end of each week. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Bed linen,
towels, electricity, gas and water are included in the rental
fee. There is a surcharge for firewood and heating costs during
the winter months, November to March inclusive. |
